I would very much like to be involved in the New, green-energy economy. Doing what I do - mechanical design and promoting a low carbon future. Work in this area is forthcoming. As with most people, the paths they take are, first and formist, determined by the source of $$$$$. Green based, or Carbon based.

However, I aspire to two goals:

1). Not drive my gasoline truck, in favor of driving an electric vehicle. My EV is fueled by sustainable energy. I will try not to accept employment that requires a commute beyond the range of my EV.

2). Give up airline flights. According to the carbon test, the carbon footprint of a 10 hour flight is equivalent too driving a medium sized gas powered car for 6 months.
