The following three images, from order to chaos summarises what I am trying to decipher. The first image is what the controller wants to see. The second image interconnects some of the switches and resistors shown in the first image. The third image is a view under the control console. It contains the printed circuit (second image), as well as the relays and pots and switches, referred to in the first image, and some other switches, such as heat control.

The active electronics on the ignition card, handles the Neutral Interlock. I also note, that one of the chips on the ignition card, is a voltage to frequency converter (654JN). Here is the chip pinout from Wolf . This drives the speedometer.
Neutral Interlock: When the truck is first started, the E-10's control unit will not operate if the fwd/off/rev selector switch is in the forward or reverse position. The selector switch must be moved to the neutral or off position, then to the forward or reverse position. I suspect that there are 3 relays to do this function. One is latching, when the F/R lever goes to off, and this feeds the other 2 relays.
The following is a wire by wire breakdown of the schematic-a roadmap for testing. Refer to the schematic. The numbers are the pins of the DB 25. I suppose a voltage reading can be taken from pin 1 and this pin #. Here is a CAD picture of the ignition card. Mas o menos! The more I study the card, the less I am certain.
1. The first wire is a ground from the controller. It feeds the remainder of logic.
14. I am not sure what closes this. Must have this to operate the controller.
2,15. The next 2 inputs, star and delta, put the controller in different modes, to produce more or less torque. A trace on the BCB is broken to make this "delta."
3,16. Forward and reverse. On-Off-On. Onboard components assure that F/R can not happen until after the off position is chosen.
4,17. Tempomat = cruse control. Not used.
5. Regen off. SPST. This signal is passed thru the card.
18. Economy. 10k POT . This I do not understand, because the Force uses a 5 position lever.
6,19,7. Battery current and battery voltage and rotor speed. Not used.
20,8,21,9. LEDS. Not used
22. Mileage indicator. Not used
10. Star / delta, display or relay. Not used.
23. Same as #1
11. Driving curret disable. I do not know how this signal is generated. It may be a derivative of the Charge Interlock.
24,12,25,13. Pot box. Separate connector. 10 Pin header
